Is there a way to mark a thread invisible?

Just don't read the threads that you're not interested in. How much more ideal of a solution do you want?
Ideal would be if the first and second pages were not full of reviews that I don't want to read.
Then don't read those pages. It's just like skipping pages in a magazine, newspaper or book. Believe it or not, your brain does a pretty good job of filtering information. Try using it once in a while.
You can also click on the page 3 or next buttons that are on the top and bottom of every page. Is that too much trouble for you?

I don't want to hide ALL his threads, just his reviews of Asian escorts.
