Sleep Headphones, Bluetooth Headband Wireless Music Sleeping Headset

My friend has a similar sleep mask: https://mantasleep.com/products/manta-sleep-mask While it's not exactly the same as yours, the principle is the same. I actually tested it and it blocks out light well while being very comfortable. The Bluetooth headphones are not great quality, but will suffice if you just want to play white noise. I'd advise that you check out the reviews on Amazon to see what others say.

Don't know if you purchased it already but I got them and the battery lasted only a few months. Now after a full day of charging, they will only last 10-15 mins while they lasted the entire night when it was new. I took it apart to see if the battery could be replaced but its sodered in and the battery itself cost about $20 (most places add shipping as well as its not a common battery). Not worth it IMO.

I'd go crazy with something on my head... I have slept with a noise machine in the background and it was not bad at all. When I go for massages, my RMT will do a playlist that has me zonked out in minutes.
