Isn't that some nasty regicide from Huntingtonshire, as I recall his corpse was drawn and quartered and his head placed on a pole outside the Palace of Westminster.
I guess the important difference (from his PoV) was that he was already dead of natural causes when that happened. King Charles I - OTOH - was very much alive when he visited the executioner's block. Not so much alive when he left it.
