Why take chances with an unknown if you don't have to? In my opinion having a regular is the best part of this hobby. Someone you find hot that you have a connection with, who likes to do the same things that you do, who always seems happy to see you, makes you feel special, and seems inexplicably enthusiastic about having sex with you. That's what I'm looking for--when I find her I'm repeating as often as I can. Yes, I still occasionally see other women but I still find myself going back to my ATF as often as I can. If the service starts to fade (it's happened to me before) then I guess it's time to move on to the next one but man, I hate when that happens.

Bolt.up what a great post and so true. But Why ? At my age, my only defense is that I love women in general, but still repeat with the certain ones that linger in my mind.
I prefer to repeat with favorites over hoping to find chemistry with someone new...that being said, part of the fun of hobbying is meeting new peaople...I'd say I'm 50/50...
When I find a good one I then to stay with her as long as she will keep seeing me.

I was visiting the same SP for years because of great connection , but got to attached and crossed the line which got me cut off ,so by seeing the same SP over and over again this may happen
Keep it lite, enjoy the moment. And make sure she does as well. And most of all, no expectations. If something should occur out of the ordinary, trust me she'll let you know !
Chemistry is most important to me and there are 3 SP's I've seen 20+ times but that's coming to an end very soon. SP1 is retiring this month, SP2 cancels her shifts repeatedly and I'm just guessing SP3 prefers 2 hour+ bookings because I feel screened out. Currently searching for a new ATF and have seen her twice recently, with the latest appointment going overtime about 45 minutes to an hour just chatting and drinking. And it was off the clock. Off the clock. That never happens. Praying she's on schedule this upcoming week.
I see my regulars most often, I am over the days of trying everyone and playing the field. She knows me and I know her, yet the sex never gets stale, we mix it up to keep it fresh. The danger of feelings messing it up is always a concern, but living on the other side of the country helps!

even if I wasn't head over heels for my regular, I would just keep trying until I found one that treats me right and we have fun together. I just think there's to much b/s and hassel to go through finding one you like, so I would just stick to her once I found her.

That sounds like my dream SP relationships! Although overnights and travel are hard.. I'd be extremely happy if I could find one to take on one of my business trips with me, although I'm definitely not yet at the stage where money isn't an issue, and getting into THAT kind of habit could put a serious dent!
Some guys just have really busy lives so if they can arrange to see the same lady on say, the first Saturday of every month, that works for them. Others like the thrill of new adventures. Probably depends a lot on the client's personality.
I think a lot depends on the guy's personal life as well. Married men, i think, are more into playing the field rather than sticking to one or 2 regulars. Getting away from "routine" is why we are seeing escorts to begin with. I do have a couple ladies I gravitate back to, because they treat me well, we click and whatnot. But I also enjoy seeking out new experiences as well. I'm not very active this year hobby wise, I think I have seen 10 different ladies. 2 are the regulars I mentioned, 3 have been repeats with other ladies I have seen and the others have been new to me.
From what I see in the single guys I know personally in the hobby, and the ones identified as such on these boards, many seem to be looking for that "replacement" for a wife/gf in their life, in the bedroom at least. They might go through the exploration phase of seeing a bunch of escorts but they seem to settle down to a couple ladies at most that they are most comfortable and compatible with.
