You start by monitoring every mosque in NA and Europe.
Any muslim who regularly attends a mosque goes into a database.

You will never identify all of them, nor will you be able to stop all terrorism, but its an excellent start.

This cannot go on anymore, I refuse to accept that terrorism is the new normal now.
I have family in Europe and most are now nervous to go to concerts, or to fly on airplanes.

There are 6 million muslims in France, 4 million in Germany and 3 million in the UK. As it takes 16 LE to watch a person, there are not enough people in Europe to watch all the muslims.

Putting somebody in a data base solves nothing, absolutely nothing. The perpetrators of the massacres in France and Belgium were all well known by police.
