Jays get hammered in Florida tonight.....Ouch!

Berrios and Pearson getting uncharacteristically lit up.

I'm sensing a return to managing by Donnie Baseball perhaps in the near future if this slide continues.

I bailed once the score was 5-0. The Jays are painful to watch these days. Vladdy seems to be improving....at grounding out into double plays.

after taking a 6-0 lead yesterday...outscored 21-1 and nobody shows any passion. Vladimir still chatting it up at first base and going 0-4. Bichette must be tired of getting hits and nothing else happens.

The moves made in the off season were partially done to change the culture of the team. Well,.........mission accomplished.

They need a kick butt manager and one who will occasionally take on umpires (sounds like John Gibbons). Schneider should have jumped out of the dugout on that foul fair hit by Biggio for example. Rubbing your beard is not passion.

Jays are 3-7 since releasing Anthony Bass.

Is it playing a factor??
Nobody knows except the players, and they're not gonna say anything

I'll be honest I'm not a Schneider fan. I wasn't a fan of Manuel or Gibbons either.
Mattingly knows his shit. On several occasions I have seen various players go stand beside him and ask for his advice. I never see that happen with Schneider.
I think this team would be better off with Mattingly at the helm.

Gibby has an amazing new podcast on YouTube “The Gibby Show” and I love it. I miss him. So far he’s interviewed Buck Martinez, Jerry Howarth, Nate Pearson…

Sponsored by Tim Hortons and Miller lite. Listening to Gibby describe these companies as being great is amazing. Lol.

Vladdy has not played as well since he lost weight.

The Jays have not played as well when Dan and Buck are not calling the games.

Coincidences? I think not.

JaYS SHOULD sell all their FAs chapman kiermaier belt merrifield as they will not resign
most likely and get prospects in return

they are not going to the big show even if they
buy and get lucky with WC and the big show is the end goal so face
reality that it is over and sell and try next year

also get better management as they keep falling short of expectations as they make bad trades

Complete BS. Winning the WS isn't about who has the best baseball team, it's about what team happens to be hot in October.

Another white knuckle inning by Romano, three hard hit balls that were absolutely smoked by the Marlins and a double. Somtimes I think he has a horseshoe up his ass that he hasn't blown more saves then he has. I guess sometimes you have be good to be lucky and lucky to be good.

LOL. Some of you guys are too funny.

I believe he has 21 saves in 24 opportunities. 2.6 ERA. Career ERA of 2.5. Whip of 1.12

It sounds like he needs to allow no base hits, let alone no blown saves to satisfy some people. Even an out is no good if the ball is hard hit.

Seriously, tell me how many relievers have better stats?

Based on that, Vladdy must be the best hitter in the game with all of his GIDPs because so many are off of hard hit balls.

So much luck for Romano again today. He allowed 2 baserunners but somehow got the best hitter in baseball for the last out, has 12 saves in his last 12 opportunities and leads all the majors in saves.

Who should the Jays replace him with?
