Hamas is Sunni. While they have suited Iran's purpose as a tool they will cut them loose.
Hezbollah is a part of the ruling council in Lebanon. But that is also a restraint on them as the other factions don't want a war with Israel. Syria has mostly Druze Muslims in the south with no beef with Israel, and the civil war in the north has its full attention.
But its going to be ugly. Street warfare and 300 estimated miles of tunnels to clean out.

And, as you say, he will be devastated when Israel wins the war. The Western world will stand behind Israel.
