Thank you for just admitting that Israel has not done that. Charges are not a finding of guilt. Innocent until proven guilty. Charges and a finding of guilt are two very, very different things. Did you ever hear of O.J. Simpson?

Given that present-day Jordan was part of British Mandatory Palestine, where is the surging movement for West Bank and Gaza Arabs to reunite with their Jordanian brethren in a glorious Pan-Palestine reunification???

That's because Jordan is government by a moderate, non fanatic royal family and Hamas and the PA want nothing to do with Jordan and vice versa. That's because Hamas considers the Jordanian government almost as big an enemy as the Jews.

Hamas is not representative of the average Palestinian. Jordan has cut itself off from this conflict since 1967, so they are not in the conversation at all.

It does not. I posted Soviet rep address to UN dated 1947 earlier in this thread. It squarely addresses the issue. Palestinian (as Palestinian Arab) identity only came to existence after the conflict.

Even if it did, it is still valid today in a very real sense as every Palestinian alive identifies as such.
