I voted conservative too, I'm a swing voter and was not happy with liberal inefficiencies and never bought into the who but we lost, so get over it. Dude... I like the vast majority of what you say on these boards but I think you need to calm down a bit here as I think you're being unnecessarily alarmist. Same sex marriages might have been at threat but not abortions. Any new law that attempts to ban or heavily restrict abortion would certainly be challenged in court, and the Supreme Court would weight in whether it's constitutional, it's very unlikely they would strike it down. As for the notwithstanding clause - it can't be used for Section 7 rights like abortion.

It certainly CAN be used against s. 7 and s. 15 rights. And given Pee's longstanding opposition to any "woke agenda" issues, abortion could well be in danger in a Pee government.
