That's the news going around. However, the tarrif war has forced China to cozy upto India for better trade relationship. But, China can supply small arms and provide intelligence support to Pakistan in case of a full fledged war. They can also play active role in information warfare, as such their news channels are peddling misinformation about Indian jets being downed by Pakistan. It will be a tough call for the Chinese government as they have strategic interests in Pakistan, the infamous CEPEC. It all depends on how Pakistan will retaliate considering the way they have been smothered by India on all fronts. Interesting times ahead!

I am not 100% certain, but I'd imagine Pakistan doesn't have too many stray dogs. Domestic dog populations are low in Islamic countries for religious reasons.
