Cool story bro. There were enough pure Trumpers that joined that committee to turn it around into a Trump military parade celebration.
Hence the fiasco of course.
It would be so damn easier if republican would be capable of accepting that it was a total failure, a joke. And move on...
Good lord, you need to stop listening to the CNN spin machine...many have.Could you please provide evidence of this, since the US military says planning for the 250th birthday celebration started two years ago and DID NOT INCLUDE A PARADE! The parade was Trump's idea, something he started to push for during his first term and finally had the juice to make it happen this time around.
So, while Obama might have started the committee to plan for the US 250th celebration, it did not include a military parade to celebrate the birthday of the army (or Trump for that matter).
Skoobidoo look at who is on the committee. Some were at Fox News in 2016. It was recently pack with ass licker Trumper to beef up and turn the event into a Trump adoration parade. Only oupsie is no one in America cares about parade and such communist adulation.Cool story bro.
The commission is bipartisan by design but if it makes you feel better thinking there was some kind of imbalance then I can't help you with that.
When Trump was campaigning the left wing media also tried to show pictures of sparse crowds. How did that work out?
If someone here like Frankfooter is trying to peddle pics that were taken even before people reached the secure viewing area or from a poor angle well then his campaign at misinformation is alive and well and he appears to have fooled you.
He is a stunningly haughty meglomaniacFranky up with his fake news again...does that really work? LoL.

pulling numbers out of your ass.... majority are just going about their daily lives...they already voted him in...that's telling you who's the majority. He is a stunningly haughty meglomaniac
5 million Americans protested and , of course, many millions more agreed with the protest
Their glorious leader just does not care
Still better then a ridiculous parade in front of a psychopath filling up his depends…It came and went without as much as a fart on the radar of American life.
You mean you're loving the violence? The "no king" protest making jan 6 "insurrection" looking like a picnic right now lol.Still better then a ridiculous parade in front of a psychopath filling up his depends…
Funny how in that quote you posted there was no mention of a military parade to celebrate the Army’s birthday. I mean, you sound so certain, but cannot show any evidence.Good lord, you need to stop listening to the CNN spin machine...many have.
The Obama's have been Co-Chairs of the bipartisan committee for almost a year. You think they had nothing to do with plans? hahahaha
"As Honorary Co-Chairs, President and Mrs. Bush and President and Mrs. Obama will lend their voices to the nationwide effort to mark this historic milestone.
The participation of these two Presidents and First Ladies in this initiative, who collectively led the country through the first 16 years of the 21st century, shows a continued dedication to service and commitment to their country."
"The nonpartisan Commission, chaired by former Treasurer of the United States Rosie Rios, is comprised of bipartisan members of congress and private citizens and is working with America250.org – the nonprofit supporting organization – to engage Americans across the country in designing the largest anniversary in our nation’s history. America250 continues planning its multi-year-long commemorative activities leading up to the"

btw The parade was just one event of many to come leading up to the 250th anniversary.
You need to get your cognitive bias under control.
Next, you'll tell us that it wasn't the King's birthday.I had posted this in another thread but thought it should also be posted here seeing as this thread is a honey pot for lunatic leftists who have no clue...
The funny thing here is that based on a lot of the comments, people don't realize Obama had started the committee for planning the events leading up to the US's 250th birthday in 2016. This included the military parade.
The Semiquincentennial Commission:
The U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission was established by Congress in 2016 to plan and orchestrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Appointed by the House and Senate leadership of both parties, the nonpartisan Commission is composed of 16 private citizens, 4 U.S. Representatives and 4 Senators, as well as 12 Ex Officio members from all three branches of the federal government and its independent agencies.

So no, this wasn't a "king's parade" as our Marxist friends on here would have you believe.
Who are these idiots? They are unaware of Trump's fascist over reach and ignoring of the Constitution? 5 million people marched peacefully all over the US for NO KINGS, yet they show a few rioters from earlier in the week . Meanwhile the stands were 3/4 empty at the Trump birthday snoozefest. Your post was pathetic.
You aren't the only one who thinks this might have been malicious compliance by the troops.IMHO, the US Army did this on purpose.
While obeying orders, they put on a pathetic "perade" to show their contempt for the Commander-in-Chief.
I don't think it was. Troops don't do that sort of marching outside of basic training, unless they are one of those honour guard teams. The sloppy marching was likely because they were only given half a day (or less) to square themselves away, and the reality is these dudes are more focused on their jobs (i.e. being infantry/riflemen) than doing parade marching. You aren't the only one who thinks this might have been malicious compliance by the troops.
Won't matter to Skoob.Could you please provide evidence of this, since the US military says planning for the 250th birthday celebration started two years ago and DID NOT INCLUDE A PARADE!
