Funny how in that quote you posted there was no mention of a military parade to celebrate the Army’s birthday. I mean, you sound so certain, but cannot show any evidence.
As for the Obama’s…I never said anything denying them starting the plans for America’s 250th birthday. It should be celebrated. But, that being said, again, there were no plans for a military parade. That was all Trump’s doing.
As for not listening to CNN, they are a more reliable news source than virtually all right-wing channels. I mean, I don’t recall them having to pat nearly a billion dollars for lying to their audience…

I don't think it was. Troops don't do that sort of marching outside of basic training, unless they are one of those honour guard teams. The sloppy marching was likely because they were only given half a day (or less) to square themselves away, and the reality is these dudes are more focused on their jobs (i.e. being infantry/riflemen) than doing parade marching.
