That was stunning I thought Sinner was out, Sinner is going to have to play in 2 days, so we don't know if he's going to be ok with his injury. Dimitrov managed to kill top seed Djokovic a few years ago.Worst luck ever Grigor Dimitrov was on his way to a straight set win against Sinner, then he sustained a pec tear.
He was serving with so much torque that his pectoral muscle gave out due to the strain.
Yeah, we really need Mirra to win Wimbledon this year. I'll definitely be crossing my fingers for her.I think the teenager, Andreeva, is going to win it.
Oops. Glad I don’t wager on these things. Looks like an Aryna-Iga final unless the chesty one pulls an upset.I think the teenager, Andreeva, is going to win it.
Mingia! If I had kept faith in Miss Piggy, I'd be collecting $1200 soon. It was a match of power and nerves, Amanda kept hers scoring four consecutive games to take the match. I wanted Andreeva in the semis, Bencic has never beaten Iga. The Swiss girl stood no chance, Iga winners per first serves was 83%. As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, forgedboutit. So now Anisimova's power against Iga's pace on Saturday.I was going to wager on chesty lass but she ate too many points against Pavlyichenkova. Not a good bet.
Good game, I also think this could be the decline for Djoko. But I think the Spaniard may win this, he's so agile, but you never know.Wimbledon gets The Clash of the Titans.
Sadly this could be the end of the road for Joker. This is the third Major where he started very well only for his body to brake down. He sustained a groin strain against Cobolli. His service game was intact but he couldn't run, he lost every rally. Unfortunate that Kevin O'Leary wasn't there to kiss it better. The trainer was called in to loosen the muscle, it looked something like this only from the front.
I could only watch the first set of Fritz vs Carlito.
I have never seen Grigor serve with that kinda power before. It was sad he could not finish, but coming up just short is kinda the story of his tennis career.Worst luck ever Grigor Dimitrov was on his way to a straight set win against Sinner, then he sustained a pec tear.
He was serving with so much torque that his pectoral muscle gave out due to the strain.
I think it was a mistake for Novak to play the French, he shoulda taken a break and arrived fresh for Wimbledon. But yes, even the eternal Novak is not eternalGrigor was serving stiff, he was generating so much torque that something had to give. He was sort of lucky that it was his pec, not his rotator cuff.
Grass is a fast surface, you don't get the rallies on like you do on clay. Iga used to hate playing on grass, her pace was less effective on it than clay. Obviously she's solved that problem, if she can handle Miss Piggy's serve she could take Wimbledon.
The GOAT speaks, he knows time waits for no one.
