A good friend of mine who was a prostitute was murdered many years ago [10yrs ago] and the police still haven't found the person or people who did this awful crime to her .I believe and so does her family no one even tried to arrest someone, because of the profession she was in.

Yes, he is still out there , what I think is sad is that ladys who are in this industry don't seem to be top priority to police .. sad but true.
