    I have to agree about Kiarra. I haven't seen a lot of SPs, but she was the one who made me feel most comfortable. Plus, she was the first SP I ever saw. I dare say it's because of her that I ventured further into the hobby.

    For the first problem, try "rebooting" the box. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. It worked for me the last time I had this problem. For the second problem, I think it's on certain channels. TMN, for instance. Hope this helps. Failing that, I've always found Rogers...
