This thread started with a complain about Bell, which provides DSL service. The author was seeking alternatives. I provided one. Yes, they provide DSL service to Toronto. No, they don't provide CABLE service to Toronto.

Again, Nexicom could be a cheaper alternative. They also provide cable service. Unlimited for under $50 (for up to 12 Mbps). No caps. No throttling. But service might be limited to Central Ontario. http://www.nexicom.net/residential/internet/cable.php
