Actually Gibby's is hugely overrated. Each time I've been there I was underwhelmed, so I dont go anymore. You're right that MTL has So many great restaurants. Actually the 'new" Keg in Place Ville Marie is very elegant, and arguably one of the better steaks in MTL. Mine's been great every time...
