I read that it was supposed to mean that Walt was out of time - hence he didn't need the watch any longer. He knew what he was going to do and he knew how it would end.

The only issue I had with an otherwise brilliant ending was the stevia package. When she taps it on the table, some it should have popped out and alerted her. It didn't though and I thought it was weird but I was enjoying the ride so I thought "whatever".

I've had horse meat here in Canada (both in Toronto and Montreal) - its very lean and tastes great, but is hard to find. I don't understand how people will eat beef, pork and chicken, then get all upset about horse meat.
