I dont know the answer but I have only done the agency route - do to simplicity and vast selection (although I max out at 300 )

First congrats you are doing a fine job (down 35 lbs) consistency is key , Persevere and keep going , the crunches will build your ab muscles but diet is the only way to loose the fat - side note I am shredded but I too have some fat still to loose just below the belly button and am working on it .
