So I've noticed after texting a local agency, not a single SMS exchange was logged in my cell providers usage history. But a similar exchange with a different agency did get logged (number and date/time only). Is that some new thing with some SMS numbers able to unlist themselves?

I believe what lanaorg meant was for those who don't want to risk anything but still hobby, they'd have to adapt and sacrifice some options such as bbbj.
