I looked through the Philly-exotics board (take a peak if you're bored), and let me tell you, CANADA RULES!!! The SP's available in the Philly area were so disgusting looking, and 50% of them clearly stated that "NO Full Service"! WTF! If I lived in Toronto, I'd be living in a refrigirator...
