Alpha there will always be a receptionist, so you pay the session to the receptionist. Hush (and CMJ), you pay directly to the girl at the end of the session. All in all it's the same : it covers the Minimum Service (Shower for two, massage, HE), usually light kissing as well (but not 100%)...
