That's a fake ad my friend, pics are stolen.

From my understanding, the tip range (ie ; 40 - 80, 80 - 120, etc) is based on time and then within those ranges, it's based on the services they provide in that length of time. That's how it's always worked at any MP I've been to.

A good friend is looking to come to town for a tour, can anyone recommend which hotels aren't going to give her the boot for working? She doesn't wanna do the Kitchener Inn & Suites (too many already working out of there) and she's heard the Radisson isn't friendly.... any other recommendations...
