This post is exactly what this strike is all about....mismanagement. These sick days were negotiated and should be pay...people have to stop picking on the workers when the real people wasting money are the counselors and management.

In Toronto we already are a minority. I would like to see a law that says that if you or any family member that has come to Canada in the last 10-15 years commit a crime..the whole family gets deported...like that it will put pressure on the parents and siblings of these criminals to make sure...
