Yup, you buy the $10 sim card, which you could pay in cash, then have to purchase the plan for 1 yr, which I got, and that is $100..so you could probably pay in cash. They do ask for email and stuff, I think I did provide id, so that might be an issue, unless you do it over the internet to...
