Just my 2 cents, if the big institutions didn't call an outright SELL on ETH late 2024, I believe ETH should be in the $ 4k to 5k area, by now. ( just by it hitting the 4k mark early Dec 2024 and the previous ATH of $ 4,880 on Nov 10, 2021 )

November 10, 2021 area, ETH was about $ 4,880 , I don't think it will ever surpass this mark, but 12 months ago I thought differently. UGH ! :(

It's so bogus and so predictable , UGH. Especially that day Trump tweeted about the crypto reserve and then the next day talked about tariffs, the whole day to bring the pump back down, UGH !

Even though many of my friends still believe this rally, ETH and many alts are off more than 50% since Dec/Jan highs . . .

Is today's action just a head fake , like most rallies inside a crash, ahead of the 2pm FOMC minutes ? :unsure: 🙏

It is very discouraging to plow your life savings into Bitcoin when most chartists and technicians are revising their earlier predictions of 5x and 10x down to average around 1.25x for the peak ! I'd rather take that money and bet it on the LA Dodgers or the Argos at 3x for the championship.

Since about Friday noon till now, BTC has been hovering at +/- $ 500 area , a very rare 24 hour period where selling pressure and buying pressure have found a equilibrium. Usually sets up for a big directional move one way or the other. Which ? This is the time when Joe Retail wannabe BTC day...

Before CPI data it hit $ 84,400 , that hourly candle on my Trading View app showed it back at $ 82,500, that means no solid conviction with no high bids to keep the market rallying. UGH !

If the crash goes 40 - 50% I say this cycle is prematurely over and we're into a new Bear cycle. I'm long and hope I'm wrong ( hey it rhymes :D ) ! Normal bear markets retrace 75 - 95% from ATH, I think last cycle BTC / ETH were about 78% retracement, if my math is right . . .

My bottom line bearish call is $ 65,100 area , even though I WAS bullish ! UGH ! :eek: !
