They basically told me that this whole thing is on me, and informed me to not call them further. They did not even address the locked door, just kept asking me to go back up..

i dont think the SP consciously chose to not open the door for me. I think it was a mistake/miscommunication between the SP and the scheduler. That being said, I was in a very uncomfortable position. it was not a hotel, but an apartment. I did not want to stand in front of that door...
