My guess is that she wants to make her existing client base aware of her availability. It's easier than individually contacting a bunch of people especially when discretion may be compromised that way.

I only do text and email which I recognize is not people's favourite thing. I spend only 10% of my time as Noelle and I am usually not alone so I can't have people calling me, it compromises my privacy. I'm in the fairway and king region of Kitchener :)
