I think most agencies care and would encourage regular testing. Years ago I got chlamydia from a well known SP and once I found out I contacted the agency and they thanked me and immediately took her off schedule. I suspect some SPs are more diligent than others. Some engage in unprotected...

Forget it and move on. Consider it an expensive lesson.
