    what happens if you declare more then 10K USD arriving to Canada?

    It's 10K CAD or more that has to be declared. If declared nothing happens unless you have a known history of moving large amounts of cash (more for laundering reasons). If not declared, and they find it on you, you will have to pay a fine.

    Barbarians,anyone been?

    Barbarians is probably the best steakhouse I've eaten at in Canada. Again, not much eye candy as far as wait staff, but the servers there know their steak, and service has always been excellent. Highly recommend.

    Thanks to Kat for introducing me to Tito's which is my go-to vodka that's available at the LCBO. Two others that I enjoy, but can't get here are Five (from Wales of all places) and Beluga, I swear Beluga is laced with crack!
