Z/V one are my go to spots. Really solid roster. The mamasan is great at keeping an excellent staple of ladies. Mileage can vary consierably. Gnerally not FS with a few expections. Showers at the back of both spots but no issue using these. They are very good about making sure your path...

Grace the manager gives a very very good massage (Kerr wellness). Nice slow release on the flip. I have seen some pretty, relatively young ladies working there. Have been a few times and mileage varies considerably from one attendant to the next. Massage generally quite good with most though.
