I've done a few bukkakes and several other group scenes in the past, and you're right in thinking it's difficult to set up. However, finding willing females isn't usually the hard part....it's finding reliable males who will actually show up when they say they will, and can actually perform when they do. When the stars align, however, big group scenes are awesome!
