I've seen Bliss post here (added to the recent auction thread) & her Tryst ad. Fanny also has a recent thread here, seems this is legit.
Good morning ! Yes it is legit ! However for my part , for SP sessions screening and deposits are mandatory for all new friends ! Even old friends can pay deposits regardless of your behavior. For other sessions it strictly depends on my availability and where I am at the moment !

My understanding is that Fanny has been setting this place up for a while. How it is organized/managed/shared between the ladies is between the ladies imo
I was at the Cougar Den yesterday morning to see Fanny. She is renting this space from the building owner and the other girls rent time and a room from her. Fanny said all the girls have other jobs and so this is their side job. Renos will continue this weekend to have showers in the rooms on the ground floor. There is currently a room with a bed and shower on the second floor.
