Same question here! Trying to navigate the scene here vs. Toronto and know how to make the most of my business trip!
We have no real agencies in Ottawa, except for some Asian ones. I would recomment checking out OIC (ottawa independent companions) which sort of operates as a vetted group, although that said Ottawa has many independents. If incall is fine the selection of spas may be more what to go for.

Would you classify the Cougar's Den as an agency, or a venue for independant SPs?
I have personally never been to the cougars den, so I can’t classify it properly…
any other community member who has experience with the venue want to have a crack at answering this one?
