Kind of contradicting myself, but I have come to the realization that for me this hobby is pretty much over. Old age has caught up with me. I don't know how Anthony Quinn was fathering children into his nineties.
Very interesting reading, lots of opinions. I can’t consider myself a “sex animal”, but looking back at my younger years… maybe I was! Addiction? Yes! Feeling guilty and trying to stop? Yes, but kept coming back.

For those who have gone cold turkey and quit, what did you do to stop? I've been trying to get out of this hobby for a while and I've taken break but always seem to end up back on the game. Last year I was probably seeing a girls maybe once a week but this year it's been once a month. I'm out $1250 this year so far.

I have the same issue. The longest i have been able to kick the habit of seeing escorts is 6 months. The urge just becomes too strong for me that i have to go see an escort. The time I kicked the habit for 6 months I was jerking off everyday and started going to the gym. It helped a bit living a healthier lifestyle but I used to get tempted by females at the gym and jerking off got boring for me. I have cut back quite a bit I see maybe 2-3 ladies a month wearas in my prime is was probably seeing that many women a week. Luckily I have a better then alright income so money is not a factor in my decision to see escorts or not. In this case it's probably more a curse then a blessing. I have just accepted that seeing escorts is a vice I have so I just try to keep it under control and not go overboard.

I feel like I'm at this point. I have accepted it for what it is...an addiction. For me it's become transactional. I'm in a relationship and I'm not really seeking a companion. During my time in this hobby I've found myself trying to level up when it comes to services and also trying to find that "next hot girl" but now its just a transaction.
When I was in my 50's, I thought "I'm going to get tired of this in my 60's". It didn't happen, but when you reach 70, things start to slow down. Every once and while I still get a case of "Asian fever", and I indulge; although I find Asian Milfs/Gilfs preferable to the younger ones.
