Walter Young played about 14 games for Baltimore in 2005. He weighed in at 322 pounds. He reportedly left baseball and became a prison guard, but sadly passed away at age 35.
Currently Bautista(Orioles), Manoah(Jays), Tony Santillian(Reds), and Luken Baker(Cardinals) are all listed as 285 lbs. Aaron Judge comes in 3 lbs. less.
I didn't come across any source that listed Sabathia as the heaviest of all time. Most listed Young as the heaviest of all time.
