That's the one between the Hilton and the Cambridge Hotel? Never been there but been to the other two.

No wonder I was confused since it's not a Best Western on Holiday Inn Drive in Cambridge.
Any of those hotels on Hespeler just off the 401. I have been to them all. Hilton-Garden , Best Western, Cambridge H&CC, Super 8.
