Xi is murdering scores of people with fentanyl.
Fentanyl is a standard pharmaceutical drug. The people that caused the Opiate crisis are the Sacklers and Purdue Pharma. We could stop the deaths in a matter of weeks if we really wanted to. So these people die because of conservative politicians and their stupid virtue signaling.

I never said that they werent the only ones. But it is the viewpoint of many that it is okay to call out the U.S., trump, israel, the bogeyman, MAGA and ignore how vile the CCP is. I am simply exposing the other side.
But fentanyl is an american creation and issue.
Don't ignore the facts.

How do you propose to stop the fentanyl issue?

And now it is being continually pumped into our borders by the CCP. That is a fact.
No it isn't China just happens to be the largest producer of most drugs. Fentanyl is now being made in many places incl. North America as well. But yes some of it comes from China. If the USA cannot keep it out, how do you propose China keep it in?

Maybe the CCP can stop giving huge subsidies to fentanyl manufacturers within China that is for export only. Massive subsidies + selling abroad to cartels for huge profits are alluring incentives to up production. While other countries produce it, China is the primary source

I don't seen anything other then allegations with no proof. What I DO know is that US drug plans and medicare is paying for Oxycodene to get more people hooked on opiates. 👍

They actually don't even hide it. Taken from China's government taxation website. You can input the product code "29333300" and you will see the list which includes fentanyl. Clearly listed the tax % and the VAT refund rate. Also look at the bottom, "export tax rates for export goods." You can look for yourself (link below), it is in Chinese but I took the liberty of translating the query to English for you. Enough proof that they subsidize this industry?

VAT refunds are not subsidies, they are common with most exports. Companies in Canada also get GST refunds for exports. But I can guarantee you these exports are for legitimate reasons. Anyone smuggling Fentanyl for narcotic purposes is not filing a VAT rebate lol as they would get the death penalty with their refund. You do realize that Fentanyl is a legal and widely used pain killer and anesthetic right? Yet you still don't ask the question why was Oxycontin approved, why was it renamed to Oxycodene, why is it STILL being prescribe heavily and creating new addicts. Why was its approval never reviews or withdrawn? Why are the Sacklers not criminally prosecuted. Why was the FDA official not prosecuted?

It is notable that the VAT rebates usually are around 3%, 6%, 9%. For many illicit drugs and precursors in China, the VAT rebate is 13% (the highest within their taxation system). What about all the grants given to companies like Gaosheng Biotechnology, who is confirmed to have sold illicit drugs to western markets.

But I can guarantee you these exports are for legitimate reasons. Anyone smuggling Fentanyl for narcotic purposes is not filing a VAT rebate lol as they would get the death penalty with their refund.
How come you can apply for a rebate for exports such as K2, MDMA, PCP (Angel dust) among others. All 3 are illegal drugs with no medicinal purpose. Doesn't seem like "legitimate reasons." You are right, manufacturing for domestic distribution is punishable by death, however manufacturing for export is encouraged and investigations requested by the U.S. are often delayed for days. There is a case, where the U.S. found evidence to prosecute a Chinese national for illegal drug manufacturing and senior CCP officials actually admitted that he committed a crime but refused to cooperate.

You do realize that Fentanyl is a legal and widely used pain killer and anesthetic right?
I am aware. How times do you need to repeat the same line. Fentanyl is extremely controlled in a medical setting often on time released patches in minimal dosages. It is 50-100x stronger than any other opioid (oxy, morphine, heroin, etc.) Why does the CCP incentivize manufacturing and exporting of such a controlled substance and its precursors. Why are there so many advertisements on popular Chinese online retailers for fentanyl and its precursors exportation allowed on its censored internet? The CCP has the ability to shut this all down but they don't prosecute but in fact encourage illegal exportation to transnational gangs.

I encourage you to read Ben Westhoff's Fentanyl Inc.

You missed the point.
You are declaring legal and reported exports of fentanyl is a sign China is trying to make american addictions worse.

Xi is murdering scores of people with fentanyl.
It is not Xi or China that is manufacturing, distributing and selling fentanyl and other illicit drugs. It is unethical highly educated people in China that has turned to manufacturing street drugs that are causing misery and death all for the sake of making large amounts of money. Methyl Hydrate was previously available at Home Depot by the bucket and you could have bought it by the pallet, but is now restricted to 4 liter containers, any large purchases are flagged.

Trump has no jurisdiction to impose tariffs, he has used the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose tariffs on Canada claiming that there is a large amount of fentanyl going into America from Canada.

Here’s a list of materials that were once readily available to the general public but are now restricted, monitored, or regulated due to their potential use in the illicit manufacture of drugs—especially methamphetamine, MDMA (ecstasy), heroin, and other synthetic or semi-synthetic drugs. Restrictions have been imposed through national regulations and international agreements (like the UN Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988).

⚠ Key Fentanyl Precursors Now Restricted or Controlled
1. N-Phenethyl-4-piperidone (NPP)

  • Use: Intermediate in fentanyl synthesis.
  • Previous Status: Was not scheduled; available for research and chemical supply.
  • Current Status: Controlled internationally (UN Convention, DEA, EU, China). Often classified as a List I chemical.
2. 4-Anilino-N-phenethylpiperidine (ANPP)

  • Use: Immediate precursor to fentanyl.
  • Previous Status: Freely available for research.
  • Current Status: Tightly controlled in most jurisdictions, including the U.S. and China.
3. Benzylfentanyl

  • Use: Originally developed as a weaker fentanyl analog.
  • Previous Status: Uncontrolled and legal in some jurisdictions for years.
  • Current Status: Classified as a controlled substance analogue in many countries due to its role in illicit synthesis.
4. N-Phenylpiperidine

  • Use: Base chemical structure for fentanyl analogs.
  • Previous Status: Widely available from chemical suppliers.
  • Current Status: Now monitored or restricted in many countries.
5. Norfentanyl

  • Use: Intermediate in fentanyl synthesis or a metabolite in forensic toxicology.
  • Previous Status: Research use only, unscheduled.
  • Current Status: Controlled in some jurisdictions due to synthetic potential.
6. Propionyl chloride

  • Use: Reagent to introduce the propionyl group in fentanyl synthesis.
  • Previous Status: Readily available from chemical supply houses.
  • Current Status: Monitored or restricted due to known use in clandestine labs.
7. Phenethyl bromide / Phenethyl halides

  • Use: React with piperidines to build fentanyl backbone.
  • Previous Status: Research chemical, easy to purchase.
  • Current Status: Monitored in some countries; flagged in suspicious orders.
8. Piperidine

  • Use: Foundational ring in fentanyl synthesis.
  • Previous Status: Common lab chemical.
  • Current Status: Monitored or restricted in bulk quantities.

🧪 Other Chemicals of Concern (not always controlled, but monitored)

  • Acetic anhydride (used in other opioids but potentially applicable in analog synthesis)
  • Oxalyl chloride (for acylation reactions)
  • Tosyl chloride / other activating agents
  • Dimethylformamide (DMF) and Dichloromethane (DCM) – common solvents
  • Triethylamine (TEA) – used in amidation reactions

🌐 International Action

  • UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND): Scheduled NPP and ANPP in 2017.
  • U.S. DEA: Controls multiple fentanyl precursors under emergency or permanent scheduling.
  • China: As of 2019, classified all fentanyl-related substances as controlled.
  • EU: Rapid response to classify emerging precursors and analogs.

Would you like a PDF or table summarizing this list with chemical formulas and control status per region (U.S., EU, China)?

⚠ Precursors & Reagents Now Restricted or Controlled
1. Pseudoephedrine / Ephedrine

  • Former Use: Common decongestants in cold medications.
  • Illicit Use: Key precursors in methamphetamine synthesis.
  • Current Status: Heavily restricted or prescription-only in many countries.
2. Red Phosphorus

  • Former Use: Safety matches, fireworks, and flares.
  • Illicit Use: Used in "red phosphorus" method of methamphetamine production.
  • Current Status: Controlled due to meth-related synthesis.
3. Iodine and Hydrogen Iodide

  • Former Use: Disinfectants, nutritional supplements, industrial applications.
  • Illicit Use: Combined with red phosphorus to reduce ephedrine to methamphetamine.
  • Current Status: Regulated and reportable in large quantities.
4. Acetic Anhydride

  • Former Use: Industrial use (plastics, dyes, pharmaceuticals).
  • Illicit Use: Essential in converting morphine to heroin.
  • Current Status: Controlled under international precursor laws.
5. Sassafras Oil / Safrole

  • Former Use: Flavoring agents in root beer and perfumes.
  • Illicit Use: Precursor for MDMA (ecstasy) synthesis.
  • Current Status: Banned or tightly restricted in many jurisdictions.
6. Piperonal

  • Former Use: Perfume and soap fragrance.
  • Illicit Use: Precursor in MDMA synthesis.
  • Current Status: Listed chemical in U.S. and other countries.
7. Phenylacetic Acid

  • Former Use: Food additive, fragrance, agricultural chemical.
  • Illicit Use: Precursor for phenyl-2-propanone (P2P), used in methamphetamine synthesis.
  • Current Status: Monitored or regulated.
8. Methylamine

  • Former Use: Chemical research and pesticide manufacturing.
  • Illicit Use: Used in methamphetamine synthesis (especially P2P route).
  • Current Status: Regulated and monitored.
9. Ergotamine and Ergometrine

  • Former Use: Migraine medication and obstetric drugs.
  • Illicit Use: Starting material for LSD synthesis.
  • Current Status: Highly restricted.
10. Anhydrous Ammonia

  • Former Use: Fertilizer.
  • Illicit Use: Used in methamphetamine production (especially "Nazi" method).
  • Current Status: Sale and transport monitored or restricted.

📋 Additional Monitored Chemicals

  • Sodium metal (used in reduction reactions)
  • Toluene and xylene (solvents in drug extraction or purification)
  • Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid (used in many drug synthesis processes)
  • Acetone and ethyl ether (solvents used in purification or synthesis)
  • Lithium (used in meth production via lithium-ammonia method)

⚖ Legal Context

Many of these are listed under:

  • U.S. DEA List I or II chemicals
