It indicates that Iran may be running low as well due to its reduced volumes. But that may not be the case. Its also possible that Iran is running down Israels AD and when that becomes critical Hezbollah may rejoin the war and unleash it massive missile inventory on an undefended Israel.

I won't bet on Israel losing the fight at this point. Chance
is Israel can still gain the upper hand without taking on
Iran's army on the ground through

i) Assassination of more of Iran's leaders.

ii) Instigation of civil unrest in Iran.

iii) Ordering Trump to force Iran to cease attack
to engage in peace talk so Israel can launch
another sneak attack in the midst of negotiation.

iv) Bringing in Israel's dogs in the west from the U.S.,
France, UK and Germany to gang up on Iran.

Meanwhile warmongering pro-Israel sheeple in the west
will continue cheering Israel's ass-kicking, Muslim-killing
venture until Iran's demise.

How can Hezbollah rejoin the war if they're don't have hands or eyes?

Secondly, you should read about the latest Iron Beam system, only $5 per shot to shoot down drones and short-range rockets.

Pretty sure Israel has plenty of soldiers stationed at the border to prevent surprise attacks by other countries while fighting Iran, it won't be undefended.

Hezbollah has plenty men and eyes can be provided by their own drones, which they have demonstrated many times. Iron beam does not have a great range and once its known that its there, it will be saturated and attacked from different angles. Also drones will have more shielding. like any measure it will be a back and forth.

The US will resupply Israel if it comes to that.
Plus Israel has air superiority over Iran, so the missiles alone won't cut it for them.

Not only USA also UK. UK never forgot when they got kicked out of Iran in 1952.

I question if Israel has air superiority over Iran, I have not seen evidence of it. All they are doing is launch missiles from outside or just inside Israel AFIK, they also are using drones, maybe from inside Iran or from Syria.
