I don't do well in the heat or sun for long periods of time.
I'm fair-skinned and have Hyperhidrosis that I treat quite successfully with Botox.

I was recently (June 16th) in a bad situation when my bus (Megabus sent an old Coach bus) from Toronto to Kingston broke down and we were left standing in the sun for hours. At the three hour mark we were told it would be a couple more hours until our replacement bus arrived and that was it for me.
I took a $304 Uber home from Scarborough.
Once I got home in the evening and woke up the next day, I had a terrible sunburn and heatstroke.

So with this intense heat, I am avoiding being outside as much as possible. I have an air conditioner built into my living room wall and one portable AC in my main bedroom. Both work incredibly well.
My spare bedroom/work room is a little warm although it's nothing a good fan doesn't fix.

I have some exotic pets in my spare bedroom, so a little extra heat and humidity is good for them.

stay in the basement if you have one

frequent cold showers
I grew up in Alberta, and I don't think I knew a single person with central AC. After coming to Ontario I was surprised how often I saw it. Even have it myself.

This was our go too growing up, just hanging out in the basement in summer time.

Both my home and office AC hasn't been working great so its been a bit tough at times. My office is around 77°F and my house about 75°F. Bordering on uncomfortable.

Honestly it wasn’t that bad at all. I had no issues with AC meanwhile I was hearing horror stories of condos losing power and not having any AC.

I spent majority of the heatwave either inside or in my car it was way to hot to go to the beach or anything like that for me lol

Has anyone else gotten used to the heat??
I just finished playing 7 innings of softball and even though it was hot, I had no problems.
I read somewhere it takes 2-4 weeks for your body to acclimate to very hot weather
