Better than coffee- a friend reminded me of this video I made a while back on the importance of working out, and it's getting me in the gym today. Even as someone who loves the gym, sometimes the mind hurdles can trick me out of it! Do you have a fitness routine to stay sane? Much love~

My job provides me all the exercise I can handle. My problem is diet and alcohol intake. I'm sure smoking the jazz cabbage doesn't help with the diet either
I hear that, tons of exercise at work average of 10 to 12,000 steps a day up and down stairs and so forth I don't smoke anymore but I consume a fair amount of alcohol and I eat very well but I'm still what people would consider way overweight I hate the gym so that's out

What does 'eat very well' mean? Are you in a calorie deficit?

Great video!

I couldn't agree more with the importance of fitness. I've been working out consistently since I was young due to my career choices, and it makes a huge difference in all aspects of life.

Lately, I've been doing long walks to deal with the mental health and balance of life side of things.
Highly recommend a nice walk daily.

I have the added benefit of working in extreme heat, on average my working conditions are about 15-20°C above what the temperature is outside. Was particularly brutal through June and July, to say that I sweat a lot is putting it lightly
