Unfortunately, I always trust clients to be fair so I never count money infront of them, first because I think it shows a lack of trust (especially when they already pre-booked and sent a deposit, right..) and second, I just think it makes the whole experience less professional and more transactional... also
I have the same "clientele" (boyfriends☺) over 7 years so I don't need to.
But during the high season, I am okay to meet newbies.... They obviously have to go thru deposit and all with me (as you know all loll)..
And this is what happened...

And then, some of you complain about deposits.
Soon enough they won't be no cash accepted.


Anyways girls, be AWARE.
The bills feels thicker, they are darker, no Braille, can't see thru the leaf with the UV light, the tape is obvious... And they mostly all have the same number "GKV9181892" or so...

I know who gave it to me. If you want details lmk.

Well that sucks. If you have by chance his cel number of who gave them to you I’d go to the cops. That’s a major crime and they will do time for sure.

On your other point. I refuse to prepay. You say it’s to prot cr you but that is how the men get scammed. If you’re only want digital transfers fine but it should be in person on not before

And a lot have shared bank accounts, and or are afraid of a paper electronic trail

Anything can be faked, even bank drafts and certified cheques. Use your head and keep your eyes open.

Being fooled doesn't make you a fool. You only become a fool when you continuously fall for the same shit.

Yes it is possible. It can occur with older machines which lack the full range of modern detection capabilities. Human error can occur during the process of loading cash. Extremely advanced counterfeit notes that successfully mimic all security features (UV, IR, magnetic ink etc) may also bypass detection systems. ATMs that are poorly maintained are also vulnerable.

@Desiree_ , Sorry this happened to you!

When I first started this hobby, I didn’t do enough research or know enough and got scammed 3 times. One of them was because I was asked for gift cards because there is too much counterfeit bills out there, not knowing better, well, let’s not re-live that stupidity. Anyways, basically I’ve learned that unless cash is accepted then it’s likely a scam. I’m always cautious about who I send deposits to, but I’ve never thought twice about checking the cash I get to pay. I will say that I always use bank machines at actual bank locations and not random kiosks.

Yes, had this happen to me too unfortunately. It was a new client. I knew exactly who it was. Ladies if you do take cash please check every single bill. It seems that some clients think its ok to pay with fake money. Well, it is not..

Also possible that the client didn’t know that the bills were counterfeit. Although bulky, I prefer to use $20 bills.

I was more talking about in this business not necessarily in civvie life because most businesses have counterfeit machines and train their staff to be aware. BUT In this business ; Believe it or not there are guys out there who when they get turned away they make these kinds of threats. Such as :

" I'm going to book you using another number and you'll never know it was me "
" I'm going to see you and not pay you"
" I'm going to pay you with fake $$$"

The list goes on and on. There are some guys out there who are good & would never do something like this to a woman BUT there are some guys out there who do this kind of stuff because they get off on it and they want revenge on the girl. Not everyone in the world is kind. That is why I made that statement.

In this business trust is the most important thing and if guys are out here paying with counterfeits & it seems its happening more and more ; then more girls are going to turn to e transfer only & I'm sure that would be really inconvenient for some people.

I was in Kingston two weeks ago and a client showed me a fake 20 he received. Just like what you said feels fake , looks fake .
