So does this GILF Liz West work for CP24 now? Or was she just a one night fill-in? Seems like a strange hire as the oldest person I've seen Bell hire for CP is getting Jennifer & Melissa Duggan in their late 30s. Otherwise they tend to hire their female anchors & personalities when they are in their late 20s (Arda, Kayla, Courtney, Leena, Sijia, Shanelle, Eden, Patricia) or a few in early 30s like Lindsay & Beatrice since they probably cost a whole lot less than journalists with a lot of experience plus probably are more willing to do grunt work and prove themselves in what is likely their biggest break of their career. Liz is very experienced having more than 2 decades of work in the field and while she isn't a household name and does her own freelance work so probably wouldn't break the bank to hire her, just seems like a total swerve from their usual hiring practices.
