I don't know how to go about this but all I know is that escorts are definitely more cost effective abroad, so I was wondering if you guys could help me plan the most cost effective trip to bust as many loads in as many hot chicks as possible.

Things to keep in mind:

Serbia
Romania
Hungary

If you can find a local wingman to show you around, your chances increase by an order of magnitude. If you are reasonably good looking, you may not even have to pay in many cases.

Food wise, I'm almost always satisfied with the regular $20 dishes found in Toronto. I'm not picky at all, I don't care for fancy restaurants. If you want cheap, you're better to stay at home, jerk off to porn while you save your money for a proper trip to Europe, the DR, etc to enjoy everything you mentioned. Cheap only gets you so far and most times it's a disaster. But being fiscally smart is something else and isn't the same as being cheap.
Look at the International Section to give you some ideas would be helpful for locations to possibly visit.

OP reminds me of a guy I used to know in residence in my uni days. He’d get plastered every Friday and Saturday evening to the extent he’d never make it to the club/bar others were heading out to.

At some point, he started calculating what type of alcohol provided the most “bang for the buck”, i.e., had the higher amount of alcohol per $ spent between beer, wine, spirits, etc., just so that he could spend less to get wasted.

Amsterdam would be a disappointment after GFE Toronto.
