Meeting up with old friend but she let herself go

When I was 13 my buddy dated an absolute smoke show fit French blonde. I used to hang out with them as the third wheel but often would end up talking to her when my buddy wasn’t around. Nothing ever happened but I always thought she was sexy

fast forward to facebook 25 years later and she is married with 2 kids (absolutely adores husband). Reached out just to say hi didn’t think much of it and just shot the shit with her

fast forward another 5 years and I see her posting to Facebook with some new dude so I reach out and say who’s that. She tells me all about how she left her husband three years ago and that her second kid wasn’t his blah blah blah

we talked for a bit and me being the horn ball I am start lobbying some easy ones (suggestions) to her and even though she has a boyfriend she is isn’t calling me a pig or anything

to cut to the chase we are gonna meet up but she has let herself go from the fit hot blonde when we were teens she has double d’s now but probably gained fifty pounds

I’m torn on what to do. Seems like an easy lay up but I dunno if it’s worth it

If you do see her, and given your past fantasies about her, I can almost guarantee you will be disappointed.

Especially if you have sex.

And then, you will be in the difficult position of, at some point, having to say, "I'm so sorry. It's not you, it's me..."

I recently had a similar experience, super hot girl from high school got my # from a friend.
Like your story she was the girlfriend of my best friend at the time. We’d walk home after school and have deep conversations, laughs and hang out. She got married, moved away, kids , divorced then moved back to town .
She didn’t age well, smoking since grade 8 didn’t help and even though she was rail thin put on a lot of weight from the pics my friend showed me.
For a moment it was nice to reminisce ,like a scene from the wonder years with the voice of Kevin Arnold narrating the glory days of not so innocent youth in my head. It’s been a few months and I never messaged her back .I think I’m fine just remembering her from the time.

If you're also single, then I'd say do it. It's a cool story to tell.

If 1 of my high school crushes hit me up later on in life, and I always wanted to bang her when I was younger, I'd do it.

This situation is like a car that you lusted after in your youth but never drove. Now fast forward 25 years, you now have the opportunity to test drive it with the keys handed to you, however the body is somewhat rusted, it has not been maintained, has been in a accident or two, was a victim of a hit and run and the engine has been rode hard, very hard. There is junk in the trunk as well. The original owner appears to have been cheated .

As you figured out, you might want to pass up this opportunity . If you just want to fuck her and run, it might prove to be problematic if her expectations are that she is looking for an underwriter for her current predicament and you just might not be the only candidate.
