I agree with Ledder In the mid ninties,the bingo was fixed so that certain people won.They got busted.The numbers are drawn electronically just like the 649 etc.This bingo hall was in Hamilton.That's why I'm thinking what Ledder said is true.But can anyone tell me how this is...
