Definitely you can get vastly different reviews sometimes seeing the same person, but the SP's that provide consistent service are usually the ones you can trust and rely upon to do the same time and time again. Once you start to see negative reviews pop up, ESPECIALLY from more long term...

When you read 99% reviews from long time members saying one thing, and then a new member saying another..... well, do the math and put a jacket on, it gets cold in here!!!!
