This is the crux of the whole discussion. Guys have to understand that SPs are people. They have lives, and families, and bills to pay, and………… They are people. I was always taught to treat people like you want to be treated. Enough said!

I personally found that L-Citrulline worked better for me than L-Arginine. I’m no doctor or biologist, but apparently L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine in your kidneys and that makes it more bio-available for your body.
