The best acting I've seen by a porn star in a conventional film is Belladonna in Inherent Vice. Paul Thomas Anderson is known for making risky casting decisions, that didn't surprised. But Belladonna (Michelle Sinclair) the crucial minutes of the film certainly did. In a more progressive world she'd be getting more roles, she has the talent.

And I'd add swim suit and lingrie models to the soft core porn entertainment list.

Which is why I think Tyra Banks is such a tool, as if she didn't star in plenty of spank bank material herself, yet she could all judgemental on pornstars, hypocrits.
