100 people are working on the case. Can't the guy plead guilty? What are they fighting over? There is no death penalty in Canada. Don't the familys want to find out what he knows?

Wouldn't the money be better spent on drug treatment for the teenage hookers of Vancouver. On some sort of preventative measures.
