Carmen is no longer with us. I was very disappointed with her during a session she had with one of our clients. The issue was not resolvable.
She says she will open her own thing I really don't care just letting you know that I don't believe in girls having a very bad attitude. Girls in this biz should like their job or find another employment.

I am sorry you feel that way. If a girl would leave our agency for bad reasons like stealing from a client being rude or whatever other reason. I should then stay quiet and let her do it to more people. Rather than give them the heads up.
If you think that is unprofessional then that is your opinion.
I have no interest in badmouthing girls because if I did I would have 5000 posts by now. We have had a lot of girls come and go. I try to do my best in hiring good girls but it isn't always easy I am not a mind reader so I don't know how they will be unless they have seen clients.

It only takes a few minutes to upload pic's it's to get them done that takes forever.
The other 2 girls didn't stay with us so what is the point of putting up pic's of girls that aren't working or that are not serious?

When we hire girls I wait a week to see if they are serious and if they are then I will take pictures. In the past few weeks we hired 5 new girls I didn't even bother posting on terb or anywhere else as I didn't think it would last and I was right.

Some girls don't want to take pic's like Jayla she worked for a few months but didn't want any pic's taken of her. I can't force girls to take pic's and I won't post any fake ones like other agencies do.

Ottawa isn't the easiest town to work with for girls. OPG won't hire everyone that calls as some other places do. We are not looking for girls that are strung out on drugs or girls that will rip off clients and there are many that actually admit to doing so.

A few months ago I met a girl she was a knockout but after she told me the way she screwed the clients over when she worked as an Indy I can't take that chance.

But I am sure that tdeem3 will just say that I am bashing again.
